The Williams LifeSkills is an evidence based multimodal program that helps you to learn and practice the most efficient stress management and communication skills.
Completion of a WLS workshop will result in getting to know yourself better, you will be able to identify your daily stressors, to diminish your maladaptive reactions and to improve your coping skills.

Caring for someone with a chronic disease, such as Alzheimer’s or another form of dementia can place great demands on the family members who provide care.

The efficacy of the Williams LifeSkills Caregiver Kit video and workbook has been confirmed, after completion of the program family caregivers can more successfully cope with the day-to-day stresses that come with being a caregiver.

Facilitator trainings

If you are a professional helper, you have completed a WLS workshop and you have experienced how well structured and efficient it is, you can become a WLS facilitator (group leader) yourself.

The facilitator training consist of two modules. The first is a 32 hours guided practice oriented training, that enhances your life skills and your group leading skills. The second modul consists of organising and completing a workshop with supervision. Upon the successful completion of both modules a WLS Facilitator certificate is issued.
